Stumbled upon Koffi Central in Palm Springs this morning—what a hidden gem! The iced coffee was incredibly refreshing (especially in this crazy heat!), and the savory quiche, burrito, and apple pie were all delicious. Chill vibes inside and out, with friendly staff and cozy seating. A perfect breakfast surprise!
No power outlets (if your laptop is out of juice, good luck!). Almost no veggie options for sandwiches, salads etc (but the server said there is no demand).
