There’s a line out the door at any given time! This place is THE place to get ice cream. Or dole whip! Love their guava cheesecake when they have it. Staff is super friendly and nice. Cute little place!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating, not because of the employees, but because of management.

On a peak summer weekend evening, during one of the busiest tourist seasons of the year, this location had only two employees working. One person was responsible for scooping ice cream for a line of well over 30 customers (including many children), while the other was simultaneously trying to begin closing duties and keep the store clean. The wait for a single scoop of ice cream was nearly an hour.

This isn’t an employee problem. It’s a management and staffing problem.

Watching these young employees, who appeared to be high school or college-aged, do everything they could to remain kind, professional, and efficient while being set up to fail was genuinely upsetting. No employee should be expected to serve an entire packed store while also maintaining cleanliness and preparing for closing. At minimum, a rush like this should have had multiple employees dedicated to serving customers, with another person focused on cleaning and operational tasks.

As a customer, I was less bothered by the wait than I was by watching two people shoulder an impossible workload. It also raised concerns about whether employees are realistically able to take their required breaks when staffing is this inadequate.

Kayla and Ishmael deserve recognition, a substantial raise, and sincere appreciation for maintaining professionalism under circumstances that would overwhelm almost anyone. They represented your business far better than your management did.

Management needs to do better. This level of understaffing is unacceptable, especially during predictable peak business hours. It’s 2026, businesses know when their busiest seasons are. Proper staffing isn’t a luxury; it’s a basic responsibility to both employees and customers.

To Kayla and Ishmael: if you’re reading this, thank you for your hard work. You deserve to work for an employer that values your time, your well-being, and your effort.

We stopped here for a sweet treat after visiting the tramway, and it was the perfect choice! The ice cream was delicious, and they have so many amazing dessert options to choose from. I especially loved the banana cream pie paired with the Kona coffee—it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend them to the rest of my family when we are in town.

Very good ice cream - the kids loved tge Ube . I love tge coconut pineapple. Prices a bit on high rnd payed 32 dollars for four single scoops small.

I was extremely disappointed by my very expensive date shake. Basically just vanilla ice cream whipped up with a few date chunks, all I tasted was vanilla ice cream, super disappointed.

Was deliciously yummy!

We arrived and were greeted by the employees. They assisted us with tasting 2-3 ice cream flavors. We ended up getting the cookies and cream ice cream. The ice cream was good. The only let down was there were huge chunks of Oreo instead of it being properly smashed. Felt like we had more Oreos than ice cream at a certain point. But overall still worth the visit.

Interesting choices and wide menu. Doesn't just serve ice cream but also soft serve alongside some other minor selections. Lots of different and interesting flavors, not necessarily the best ice cream I've had, but also not something I regret getting. I also noticed that they serve Date Shakes which seem to be a pretty popular option here in Palm Springs, just in case you happen to be interested in getting one. Pricing is moderately good for such a touristy area, but there may be more affordable options close-by. I could see myself recommending this place for dessert.

Everything you'd expect in an ice cream shop. There's a wide variety of flavors and other non-ice cream treats to pick from. The prices are decent and the the wait wasn't terribly long. It was a colder day when we went so that might play into the lack of waiting. Some seating outside, but it is very limited. More a place to grab a cone for the walk down the strip.

Date shake! The best!

I absolutely love the ice cream here! Must try the guava cheesecake and Ube ice cream together and it’s a 10/10!!
