Good food and lots of to-go items. Tried the pulled pork and chicken salad sandwiches for lunch, and some takeout items for dinner. A great choice for those wanting good food and wanting to avoid the usual crowded restaurants. Friendly, authentic service, and a clean, casual environment.

We came to this place two days in a row because it’s reallly good!!! The breakfast burrito is only $5 and it tastes so good! We met the owner Joe and the girls that work there and they were very sweet and kind and gave amazing service! This place has great good, great service and super affordable that you leave feeling like you made a great choice!

I really want to give them a better score because the place is unique, but I can’t overlook a few things. Cleanliness suffers here. The floors going in were filthy, and the kitchen looks very unkempt. The food warming system switch had been off, I overheard, and we were served cold burritos. They did reheat them in their oven system, but I wonder how long the warmer had been off and my fear was getting sick. When I went to pay, the chef was handling chicken and he tells one of the workers he has one clean hand and is managing the credit card device. I saw chicken juice on his hands. Staff need training and needs cleanliness. It has great potential.

Crazy good for the prices. I love that they have produce from local area farms and rotating lunch specials. Chef let me taste the freshly made gravy for the biscuits and gravy which I ended up getting. Biscuits were fluffy and moist unlike so many other joints. Walking into the shop feels home-grown and welcoming. The only friction would be finding a parking spot to get the goods.

The best kept secret in Palm Springs. Quality and reasonably priced food, super friendly owner, and creative well stocked provisions. And also does catering and private events. Highly recommend.

I am from Las Vegas and I came to visit a friend in Palm Springs on January 4th and was needing breakfast. Saw that Lay’ Vince was just 3 mins away from where I was staying and it was amazing. I had their breakfast burritos on a bunch of different and they always satisfy. I had to visit Palm Springs again just for more!
