We went to Maleza for dinner in Palm Springs and ohh boy!!! At first, when we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty—which I didn’t mind at all (actually liked it!). Since it was already 7 pm, we thought we might be the only ones there, but within no time the place filled up quickly and was packed—we loved seeing that energy.

We ordered wine, starters, and then dinner, and everything was absolutely delicious. We also finished with a really good dessert...

I initially reserved Maleza for my birthday dinner in August and when my party arrived they didn’t have the reservation and tried sitting us outside in 110 degree heat. We declined and my partner left a review.

By 7am the next morning the GM and team reached out to me to rectify the situation. We returned to the property and our server was awesome the food was good and the drinks were fantastic. We also were able to use the pool which was perfect for the summer...

Was really excited to visit after seeing the rating. All I can say is, don't waste your time.
So on a positive note the staff was very friendly but appeared overworked. The end of the bar was completely covered with dirty glasswear. ..and it was downhill from there. Drink menu was average but the prices are ouch! Menu is limited,so you would expect it to be well done. It was just ok. I had roasted beets and either the beets had not been cleaned or the greens...
