10 star service, excellent food, and a nice dining room. Highly recommend. New management has done a great job of cleaning up and improving this old Palm Springs favorite restaurant.
The food was exceptional. The filet mignon, forage mushrooms and the creamed spinach went perfectly together and was delicious. Topped it off with Bananas Melvyn which ended the evening perfectly.
This place is a favorite in our Palm Springs repertoire. Service was stretched razor thin. 30 minutes between sitting down and getting a drink and then large gaps in checking in on us. Our server who was friendly and wonderful simply had too many tables where he was preparing table side dishes. Anyway food was good but experience became annoying because of the lack of service. This is a management operations miss not the staff.
