Big thank you to our valet Ryan and front desk Darren. Both were very friendly and accommodating. We also loved Robert and Tony at the bar…we were not in the mood for any more alcohol and they made us a lovely mock-tail. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

The Parker Palm Springs is top notch. From the moment you arrive you are treated very well by all of the staff. Everyone is friendly, polite and helpful. We visited the Lemonade Stand for fantastic refreshments, Mr. Parker for a delicious dinner, Norma’s for the best fish tacos, and the lobby bar for crafty drinks with our favorite bartender, Tony. I love that room service comes later throughout the day so you don’t feel pressured to get up and go. Also, the nightly turn down service is magical. Fresh towels and slippers placed just so when you return from dinner is such a nice touch. I can’t recommend The Parker enough. The hospitality makes it impossible to stay anywhere else!

Beautiful eccentric property and amazing staff created a wonderful anniversary three day stay for us. Chris at concierge was very helpful even before arrival, Tony in the Mini Bar made us outstanding drinks each night. All staff were attentive while being respectful of our privacy. We received welcome champagne and a heart covered anniversary pillow. ?. Had a fabulous massage by Jaime and we thoroughly enjoyed time at The Yacht Club each day due to the mid day heat. Played croquet right off our garden patio. Such a special place. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel, pancakes, pastries, and steak were oh so yummy. Hotel was picked by the bride and it was fantastic! It was also my husband’s birthday and they decorated the room pleasantly with a yummy gift to match. Only qualm was that staff could not find my reservation. For some reason my Leader’s club name vs the name put on the reservation did not register, along with any other benefits/ perks. I’ll definitely be back, this place is a dream!

The service was friendly and attentive. The hotel is boutique elegance and fun all at the same time. Katie at the front desk was a gem. The portions at Norma's are fairly large so definitely sharable.

All around service was outstanding. Very friendly staff. Beautiful resort, lots of options to keep yourself busy, and great location. Good drinks and guacamole by the pool. Only negative, food is not so great; we did not like the breakfast/lunch at Norm’s restaurant (my other friends ate at the restaurant next day and hated the food).

Spectacular. Great vibe , decor , service (from the valet to Normas to Mister Parker’s) and accommodations. Nothing too fancy, but timeless , unique and checks all the boxes. A little oasis. Could upgrade fitness facility but otherwise an A+

Absolutely one of my FAVORITE hotels!!!! Unique, beyond friendly, excellent service, incredible rooms, great meals, easy check-in/check-out...FABULOUS. Great pool areas and delicious food...fun spaces throughout the property to relax and enjoy...and the SPA!!! Best I've ever experienced!
Yet another wonderful and memorable stay at the Parker... This is a place you can return to again and again and it just gets better. Excellent service, top notch drinks/dining and the grounds are extraordinary. A very well run establishment.
