Wondered in for a look whilst using laundromat Nextdoor. So much to choose from and the shakes we tried were fantastic. Lady behind counter super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place.

The place was nicely decorated and clean. The employee hustled on the complex orders. It took a little time of each elaborate ice cream but worth the wait for the presentation, size and taste.

Stated it was open on Google. We arrived in the afternoon they were closed. No other sign. Really cannot tell you about the icecream shop. Website should updated when closed. Or perhaps call before making the trip. We live over 2000 miles awy and really wad looking forward to the Monster Experience.

What a gem! We are from Washington and always come back to this ice cream shop when we visit Palm Springs. The staff is super friendly, joking with us and making us feel welcome. The sundaes are HUGE! But, if you don't want a sundae, there are enough options to keep the entire family happy!

Welcome to the Monster show. Holy smokes! So tasty! This was our first time coming here and we should have arrived with a longer time since dinner. These shakes are huge. We got the S'mores shake, the Oreo Cookie Coma, and the Blueberry something something. The presentation is off the charts, every bit as exciting as the photos show. Not knowing the portions, we each got our own, but you can definitely share as these shakes come on generous portions. And the whip cream is stiff and fluffy. The flame-kissed marshmallows are next level, you really gotta try it. I've got one tiny (opposite of monster size) complaint, the video menu boards were super dense and complex, they kept changing as I was trying to read through all the options available. Then when it switched back I lost my place. Yikes. Maybe add another monitor or two and leave the menu still..

I came on a Monday afternoon and it’s closed. They need to update their google hours if they aren’t going to be open Mondays. We checked their website and IG and none of them mentioned them being closed on Monday.
The Monster S’Mores shake did not disappoint! It was everything I hoped it would be. We were smiling the entire time we were enjoying it. Definitely a hit!
