One of the best : Palm Greens Café! 🌿
If you’re looking for a truly delicious and health-conscious vegan meal, Palm Greens Café is an absolute must-visit. I had the Macro Bowl with fermented cabbage, black beans, greens, and grilled tempeh — no oils, no fats, just pure clean protein and vibrant vegetables. Brought some friends here for a late lunch/brunch and I ordered a veganized Breakfast Sandwich. As usual, it was good, but the scrambled tofu didn't want to stay between the buns. This is a solid option for vegans and we stop in whenever we're looking for a good meal.
Breakfast tacos are fabulous! The husband had Huevos Rancheros which is vegetarian so I didn't photograph that, but the side of sauteed greens are delicious!
Last time we visited PGC I had their incredible biscuits & gravy.
There's so much on the menu I want to try! Just not enough time to try it all!
If ever in the Palm Springs area, this is a MUST for breakfast, and I'm sure for lunch too! The mushroom melt looks devine!
The customer service is 5 stars also....
