This is by far our favorite place to enjoy a great drink, meal and top notch service! We have been coming to Paul’s Bar Food for at least 7 years! My husband read an opening review in the Desert Sun in 2018 and decided to check it out! Tonight I told my husband that I was going to try the pot roast and he looked at me like, I don’t know who you are right now! Best decision ever! That was by far the best pot roast I have ever tasted! We did miss Paul, but not to worry Patrick did a fabulous job of making us feel welcome! Always great to see Mark, Cory, and Ryder and meet some new faces too! Thank you for your expert service and excellent food! It’s great to be back in the Desert again.

We adored Paul Bar! Yes, there’s a lineup outside but with very good reason. Amazing service, food & drinks. Loved Paul’s humor and the old school atmosphere. Can’t recommend the frozen Sidecar enough.

Arrived on a Friday at about 5pm line out the door but not bad, 1.5 hr limit on dining which helps move people along about 5 tables that could seat 4 then the bar top which may have been about 12-15 people. Paul himself is very active in the rotation of people and seating, bar tenders and servers are quick zero complaints there. Vibe inside reminded me of an Irish bar, dark inside and heavy wood bar style. Food overall was good appetizers recommended to us by a regular couple was the meat ball which was definitely good and the calamari which was a bit rubbery I would not recommend that choice. For mains we got the special rack of lamb,it was delicious and the pork chop which was just ok a little bland on flavor and slightly overcooked, both came with a side of cooked spinach and little potatoes I felt the sides could have had a little more pizzazz.

Food and service were AMAZING, will definitely be going back. 100% recommend coming here for food or drinks or even both. I got the steak and frites, it was cooked wonderfully. Was greeted as we walked in and as we left by a taller gentleman with glasses, was very nice when he came out to say bye to my party and I. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Right from the start when the owner Paul came outside before they opened and explained tonight's menu specials and made everyone waiting in line laugh, this place does not miss a beat! The service is impeccable and the food tremendous. We live around the corner from Paul Bar and never knew about it until now. Think old school restaurant like the legendary Sorrentino's in LA with an eye on top service and the food to match! Great Find and we will be back! Get there early.
Lamb nad crispy duck were chef quality. The sides were delicious. My family greatly misses them when they close for September.

Paul Bar is a real gem. The chef has mad skills the cocktails are excellent and made with care. There is very limited seating, like 5 tables, so for sure you'll have to lean on the wall and wait for a while
