I am writing to formally request a refund for the golfing fees paid for my recent visit to Escena golf course on May 4th 2024. Upon booking, I was led to believe, based on the descriptions and images presented on your website, that your course offered premium facilities and conditions. Regrettably, my experience did not meet these expectations.

We had a wonderful experience at Escena today!! Would highly recommend playing there ~ for us, we paid for two rounds of 18 knowing we were only going to play 9 and not expecting a lower rate. When we wrapped up our round we went to the Pro Shop to buy a couple pieces we saw before our round, the Director of Golf, Rich, surprised us with a $100 credit each for goods in the Pro Shop, now that’s what I call fabulous customer service!! Challenging & well maintained course, friendly staff, great food all at reasonable prices, look forward to returning in 2024.

Escena Golf Club offers a fantastic golf course with forgiving greens and a beautiful layout. The pace of play is excellent, usually around 4 hours. The staff is friendly and exceptional, with praise for team members like Jordan in the pro shop and Al, the starter, who provide great customer service. The views are stunning, and the course is in great condition, making it a very fun and playable experience. The restaurant has been recently remodeled and looks absolutely beautiful. While the food was okay, some servers seemed a bit distracted, though others were friendly and attentive. Overall, Escena Golf Club is highly recommended for a great round of golf and a pleasant dining experience.
