This is the most amazing place in Palm Springs. Paul is the best but that trickles down to the staff and who truly care about your experience. This is where you need to be on date night. If you have more people, yes make a reservation. This is a truly unforgettable experience. I wish I took pictures but I didn’t because I was too busy enjoying myself.

We were vacationing in Palm Springs and the hotel we were staying at suggested Paul’s bar for food and it’s one of those “if you know you know” places. It’s a very inconspicuous restaurant located in the strip mall, but don’t be fooled by this ferry, modest exterior because the food and ambience surely doesn’t disappoint. You are immediately met with a warm greeting and the hustle and bustle of a dark and very vibe cool restaurant we went the day after Christmas...

We had an extraordinary dinner at Paul's. We were in Palm Springs for vacation and decided to try Paul's thanks to internet recommendations.

We were not disappointed.

We arrived to a bit of a line, but the wonderful host and proprietor, Paul, greeted us not long after we arrived to let us know the wait time.

As soon as we got in the door we were given cocktail menus and drinks to help us pass the time.
