Our favorite speakeasy cocktail bar in Palm Springs is hands down Paul Bar! We especially enjoy arriving about 20 minutes before they open to get in line and hear Paul himself (if you're lucky) speak about the dinner specials. Tasty cocktails, excellent service, and a well curated menu. Cheers!
Incredible food, service, geniune cocktails & wicked sweet ambiance. This place absolutely nails the east coast speak easy bar vibe. Paul (owner) was onsite greating customers & he was hilarious...very personable.
