The hostess was great and seated us earlier than our reservation per our request. The server was nice but the service was disorganized. We received our food long before our drinks even made it to the table. I requested and extra plate which never came and the tea we ordered came when we had nearly finished the meal. The cost far outweighed the quality of service. I had higher expectations based on the price.

The servers were not attentive. They were not listening to our requests - they looked distracted

We had the most wonderful dining experience at Peaks! Nathan was our server. He was exceptional with his delivery snd friendliness. The salmon and wild mushroom ravioli dishes were delicious. Family was visiting from Florida and they had such a memorable time on the tram and at Peaks!

The food was well portioned and ingredients were fresh tasting. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant.

It was pleasant inside the restaurant. The staff and our server were friendly. I ordered a well done classic burger but it was part medium. Overall we enjoyed eating at a 8500 ft elevation with great view!

Mushroom ravioli salty. Server forgot we had 2 birthdays which was the whole reason we came. People on the viewing deck walked back and forth and got in our photos. Water tastes terrible. Had to pay for filtered. Amazing views.

After hiking, nice place to have a nice sit down lunch or dinner with one fantastic view. Make a reservation! Service a little slow, but more view time was worth it.

Breathtaking views, awesome food, super nice staff,, a beautiful experience. We live im Hawaii, but found Aloha spirit at this restaurant! Not to be missed.

Stunning view! Excellent service! A special romantic treat! Unfortunately the salmon was over cooked and maybe frozen? Salad was awesome.

We love coming to this restaurant with are grandchildren. The view is spectacular, the food is the best, but what makes it even better is the service. Our server Wendy was the best; she made the whole experience so enjoyable. Thank you to everyone.

You need to be sure to book both a tram ride and restaurant. We were not aware of need to prebook tram. Wait time for tram was 2.5+ hours. Was disappointed with rack of lamb. The simple garlic and herb rub was overpowered by Demi glaze. Service was good. Unfortunately we assumed the restaurant view of PS would be more visible from our dinner table.

The tram ride itself is a unique, one‑time adventure worth doing, but the dining experience fell short and is hard to recommend. The overall night felt more like paying for an expensive view than for a satisfying meal. Experience and views Riding to the top of the mountain on the tram was fun and memorable, and it is something worth doing at least once. Going at night with uncooperative weather meant the views—essentially what you are paying the premium for—were largely lost, which was a real disappointment. Food and service The food was mediocre at best; the salmon arrived undercooked and the bok choy was cold, which says a lot about the kitchen execution. Service matched the food: passable but not attentive or polished enough to justify the price point. Drinks and staff highlights The bright spot of the evening was the bar; the drinks were excellent. The bartender at the Pines Cafe was genuinely friendly and elevated that part of the experience. Bottom line If you are looking for a good meal, your money is better spent elsewhere. If you are willing to overpay for average food and service in exchange for a tram adventure and mountaintop setting, this might still be your kind of place.

The views are the main reason I enjoy dining here. The food is good although a little over priced. Gina, our server this time, was really great. There is something cool about being at 8500 ft enjoying the views with a good glass of wine! Worth the experience.

The Peaks staff is attentive and very polite. The appetizers are always good and come out quickly. The entrees are not always reliable. My ribeye steak, medium rare, was so tough it was inedible - not really a ribeye cut at all. The meat loaf is generous but seemed to have been cooking all day with a hard bottom. my guest's lamb chops were good and tender. I think this eatery is a better choice for drinks, lunch and appetizers.

Great food for a price, but what do you expect at 8,500' with unbelievable views.
