So happy that it is still open for dine-in, this Pizza Hut has been around for a long time and I hope it never closes. Thank you for a great experience.

My bad experience at this Pizza Hut the store manager Hispanic lady refuse to give me her name because I wanted to make a complaint about her bad attitude and not using gloves she was very rude towards me when I ask her to wash her hands after leaving the restroom before she prepared my pizza i got attitude and she didnt use gloves then I asked for a refund she made a racial remark .
I come to visit Palm Springs often I always stop here It was a shock that I was being treated very rudely I will never come back to this Pizza Hut and I will let other people know the customer seevice is terrible the Health Department need to be called at this location ASAP and shut down.

I ordered a personal meat lover pizza, thinking a medium would be too much.
When I saw what I got, I thought I was being punked and I had to laugh.

This Pizza Hut almost looks like a small hotel from the outside. On the inside, they have a large lobby with booth seating and restrooms. The seats are all right, the atmosphere is kind of mid, but the season is decent enough, though nothing special.
The food itself is OK, certainly pretty good for the first hour or so after it comes out of the oven. I was surprised by how good the pasta was. But after about an hour, the flavors kind of congeal and don’t taste very fresh, making everything kind of ‘meh.’
Pound for pound, I’ll give this Pizza Hut 3.69/5 stars. Food is OK when fresh, service and atmosphere are OK, and design is unusually cool.

One of the worst pizzas ive ever had. I ordered the Meat lovers pepperoni pizza. It was supposed to have extra pepperoni, it didnt. The sauce was bland, the dough tasted like paste. Disappointed only in myself for making the mistake to order from here.

Caught me off guard just how nice this Pizzahut was. Food was also perfectly prepared, with this probably being the best pizzahut I've been to.

Very clean facility, and the staff are respectful and friendly. We've been coming here for a very long time. Every time we visit the Palm Springs area, we eat here. Stop by next time you're in the area 👍🏼

Ordered the cheezie bites special that comes with 3 sauces. Girl at counter gave us some pizza sauce and said we don't do that anymore? Then don't offer it anymore and short me after I pay.

The place looked as though it was closed but it was open ! Dark dingy unwelcoming place and the staff were no better. We were told in few words we needed to order at the desk and when we asked for menus, we were begrudgingly given one between us. AVOUD UNLESS DESPERATE

Ordering from this Pizza Hut felt like a scam. When I asked for pricing in-store, I was told to look online but no one could actually tell me what my order would cost until after I paid. It seemed expensive, so I double-checked the online pricing and sure enough, I had been charged $16 more than what the same order cost online. When I brought this up, I was told “that’s online pricing.”
But if that’s the case, why direct customers to check online for pricing while in-store, only to then charge them more? That’s misleading. I ended up getting a refund and just reordered online for pickup.
Also worth noting associate Kevin could really use some customer service training. Misinforming customers and being dismissive when concerns are raised is not a good look. Pricing should be clearly visible in-store, not a mystery you solve after being overcharged.
Attached are the menus, no prices listed on them and none visible in-store. My advice: just order online, even if you’re standing inside or sitting in your car. The staff simply isn’t equipped to handle basic questions.

Delivery driver delivered only half my order. When Pizza Hut called me back regarding the missing items, they seemed to not realize that items were missing. I was put on hold, the lady came back and stated that they were going to remake my wings and include my ranch. I then asked to confirm the correct number of items and correct flavor I ordered, which took me asking 3 times as she still did not understand what I was asking for. Then, once I got a confirmation, I asked to confirm if they were going to send said items with the driver and she hung up on me mid-sentence.

Walked in with my family of 5. The person who assisted us, his name is Tony. Because of you Tony, and the Top Shelf service you gave my family will be returning as long as you are working there. I remember as a lil boy eating inside of a pizza hut with my Grandparents is one of the best memories I have of them. Because of you Sir and the meal you prepared for us. Gave me another Pizza hut memory with my own family. A+ service . We thank you Tony. . .
