So fun!! Live music on Wednesday night. Loved the first class seats and fruity martinis. We enjoyed the Layover and the Pear Plane. Ted was friendly and a very entertaining singer. We enjoyed the whole experience. Shout out to our server Francois. ??

This was such a fun and unique experience. Francois was wonderful. The kitchen had closed, but he brought us some hummus and vegetables. The atmosphere was unique and we enjoyed our specialty cocktails.

SUCH a unique experience! Would 100% recommend it, we even almost missed it since it's a speakeasy.
Good:
- The staff are all dressed like airplane staff, and they commit to the bit
- The drinks are all themed, I got a chocolate rum drink that tasted like hot chocolate, and the others got drinks with little airplane shaped ice in them.
- The seats are airplane seats, and the bathroom is an airplane stall, but better
- The waiter we had was from France, and he was really entertaining
- There are even fake clouds in the ceiling
Bad:
- We wish we spent longer here!
Overall would come here, it's a hidden gem in a sleepy shopping mall.

We held a private event for our 40th anniversary at PS Air. We asked Mercedeh (Mercedes) to arrange for the entertainers, food, and overall experience that PS Air provides at their Sunday brunch shows. Planning the event was a complete breeze with her help. Our event was for 42 guests, Captain Todd as the MC and two flight attendants who transformed into drag performers. The reaction of our guests was exceptionally positive. I would certainly recommend PS Air to anyone planning a celebratory event. It is also a great place for an over-the-top Sunday brunch experience.

This review is a bit late due to us being out of the country right after our event.
My husband and I have been working with Mercedeh, the event planner on a food and wine pairing for a family reunion of about 50 people of my husbands family. These reunions occur every 2 - 3 years depending on who steps up to host one at a location of their choice. We stepped up 2 years to host family members from across the country, most of them not having been to Palm Springs before. In more recent reunions we have done a wine tasting or pub crawl. We first met with Mercedeh 2 years ago to discuss the idea of food and wine pairings plus having a Mock-Tail clinic with kid friendly food pairings for the kids while the adults enjoyed wines from around the world.
Mercedeh was great to work with and was very helpful in helping us come up with a concept, food items and wines including the Mock-tails and food for kids that helped us knock this event out of the park. At Mercedeh's suggestion, we added Volta, a performer that helped us with drag bingo along with a couple songs that Volta performed.
As we got closer to the actual event, we also met with Christy who was so helpful in helping us specifically choose wines and food items for the event. There wasn't a clunker of a wine in the bunch and the food was fantastic. PS Air has such a limited amount of kitchen space and the food was fantastic. Christy was fantastic to work with through this part of the planning process.
On the day of the event, family members knew they were attending a wine tasting event but had no idea of the venue. They walked into Bouschet and gathered until everyone was in attendance. All of sudden here comes Volta in her flight attendant out with megaphone in hand to get everyone on board our flight. Family members were in aw as they walked into the aircraft. You could see the amazement in their eyes and hear the comments.
Throughout the 2 1/2 hour event, Christy talked about all the wines and explained the food that each wine was paired with. In between the wines, Volta either played bingo or performed. While all of this is taking place, Mickie dressed as a another crew member, greeted the kids with a beautiful spread and started showing kids from the age of 3 - 16 how to make Mock-Tails. Mickie had such a way with the kids and was fantastic to see his patience and interaction with the young family members.
I could continue to go on with glowing comments on the staff, venue, wine, food, Mock-tails and entertainment but will spare you should you continue to be reading this far. We can't thank and say enough about Dennis and Tommy, owners of Bouschet and PS Air along with Mercedeh, Christy, Mickie, Dan, Alan, Volta and several others whose names escape me at this point for the stellar job they did helping us plan such a successful event.
Here we are basically a month later and we still hear family members talking about this. My husbands 86 year old aunt said to us after they got back home to Kansas, "Never have I ever attended such a fun and unique wine tasting event and likely never will experience one again like this".
Thank you Dennis and Tommy and staff for all that you did to make this event such a memorable event.

Flight crews, aviation enthusiasts, or anyone that loves good food and a unique dining experience, this hidden gem is for you. Located in the Bouschet Fine Wine Store, the airplane themed decor really makes you feel like you’re dining on a plane. I had the delicious beef sliders and the plane ice cubes were a nice touch. Service from the "Captain" and the "Flight Attendant" was above and beyond. Look forward to coming back for a show. TIP: Check the website for hours and events.

This place is the best! A couple of friends and I went here for my birthday. It was everything! I loved the airplane theme. And the entertainment was incredible! They had the queens Cher, Diana Ross and Tina Turner. We all got up and sang and danced in the aisles. It was one of the best nights I've had in a looong time. Thank you PS Air for making my birthday so special!

We went for the Broadway Boozy Brunch - a highlight of our Palm Springs visit! Such a novel concept and fun morning. Super entertaining- according to some of our group - best drag queens they’ve ever seen (and they’ve seen many!). Highly recommend!!!!

Went without a booking at 5.30pm but unfortunately it was full. Luckily the host let us take a seat for a quick cocktail so we could experience this amazing little speakeasy bar. We absolutely loved it and would have made a reservation to go again had we been in town longer.
