Riccio's Steak & Seafood

Services are great. But the food is disappointing. Lettuce has red oxidation marks, broccoli has yellow flowers. Fresh ingredients are no where to be found.
I had a bad reaction to the food the next morning, let’s just say those yellow flowers came back visit.

We’ve dined here on two different visits to Palm Springs and we really like Riccio.
The food is good, the service is fantastic and the staff are very attentive but not intrusive.
The drinks are great and they give you plenty of food and a generous cocktail for the price.
We’ve been to restaurants that skimp on the drinks, this is not the case at Riccio.
This is why our friends all come here and now we do too ever since they introduced us.

The atmosphere is nice, as well.
We will visit each time we are in Palm Springs!

A decent Italian restaurant. Eggplant was bit disappointing. Steak was pretty good.

Ricco's has an outstanding patio for dining. The rack of lamb was delicious and cooked to perfection. We had a great dining experience.

Very disappointing and frankly insulting experience. We had a reservation for four and were immediately placed at the very back of the open patio, despite the fact that the front area had plenty of visibly unoccupied tables. When we politely asked to be seated in the front, the hostess flatly said no and made it clear that this was our only option. No explanation, no courtesy, and no attempt at hospitality.
What was most striking was her attitude. There was no warm greeting upon arrival, and when we asked about another table, she was cold, dismissive, and completely indifferent. For a restaurant that expects repeat business, this is a remarkably poor way to treat regular diners.
Unfortunately, the evening did not improve. The entrees were noticeably below the standard we had experienced on prior visits, which only added to the disappointment.
A restaurant’s first impression begins at the host stand, and this one failed badly. Between the rude seating experience and the decline in food quality, this visit was a major letdown.

I'm not a Palm Springs native but the vibe of the restaurant, to me, seemed old school in the best way possible. The service was very fast and the food was delicious.

Good service but food lacked flavor. Chicken Parmigiana sauce tasted like tomato sauce. That’s it, just tomato sauce. Chicken itself was fine. Expected herbs and perhaps some onion and garlic in the sauce. Likewise, the sauce for the clams and mussels was watery and lacked depth. Very disappointed.

the minute you are seated the wait staff is extremely friendly and helpful!!! Excellent waiters!!! very comfortable atmosphere. fresh delicous food!! Filet fish and chicken dishes are fresh and delicous. Cheese cake and cannoli a must!!

The room is too bright. The menu, which apparently once had things like cioppino, linguine with clams, paella, and chicken Parmagiano, is quite small and limited. None of those things are on the menu anymore. The halibut special was dry. Service was perfunctory. Disappointed.

Nice place, too noisy, slow inattentive staff but very polite. Food was okay. The pasta is way over price but that is how these places are. The steak was cooked to perfection.

Grilled Mediterranean Seafood was excellent! Also pear salad and Penne Arabiata both very good, prices are you reasonable.
