Excellent food and service! Veronica, the waitress and server was outstanding in her service and help. She made me a delicious iced coffee and substituted some items in my veggie breakfast omelet, which is exquisitely delicious and healthy. The atmosphere here is beautiful and comfortable. Drove to Palm springs for the day and ended up at the Hyatt. They have a really cool restaurant called Share. The gourmet nachos serving size was huge and delicious! My server Adam was not only friendly but made sure that my meal was prepared exactly the way I requested. Extra tip for him?
Breakfast is very slow with even an order of Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese taking over 20 minutes. Breakfast is the only meal with even token business and therefore the number of waiters are few and for the limited two hours of business they are too busy and then it is empty the rest of the day and night. Weekend buffet is of course faster as you serve yourself
