The valet was extremely rude to us. Restaurant rejected us because we had our kids with us.

I stopped here during a rainy afternoon and ended up staying for over an hour. The staff was so welcoming, and the warm atmosphere made me feel right at home. I ordered a bowl of hot tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich — simple but exactly what I needed. The soup was rich and full of flavor, and the bread was crispy. I also appreciated that they had free Wi-Fi and didn’t rush anyone to leave. Perfect place to take a break and enjoy a slow meal.

Spencer’s is one of the best in Palm Springs hands down. Top notch all around. Be taken care of by professionals in every area.

Exceptional dining establishment with outstanding ambiance. The culinary offerings are exceptional, and the service is outstanding. Spencer's is an excellent choice for any event. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the atmosphere of this iconic restaurant. Our server Serge was great. Food was good, as we went relatively light. Crab cakes, shrimp, and calamari were great as were the cooked oysters. A little disappointed with their bourbon selection as they were out of several brands we like. Patio is the way to go.

Incredible restaurant. As a new resident Spencer's has become a favorite. Always a visual treat. Our server Richard was excellent. Attentive and very knowledgeable about menu. Menu is creative. I am a Prix Fixe menu fan for its well curated selections. Highly recommend go and enjoy Spencer's.

Service was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes before the waiter even came to our table. When we finally got to order the food took over an hour to come to our table. Very disappointed as we took friends there for the first time and had raved about the place to them. Very unusual for :Spencer's, but still highly disappointed.

Classic Palm Springs spot will always be in the rotation. Took my dad back and enjoyed the stories and history of this place. Service was exceptional.

My husband and I experienced outdoor dining for our anniversary. It is unfortunate that I was not able to enjoy my food and the ambience because I was being eaten alive by mosquitos. We had to eat and run. It would be great if the establishment could put bug repellant or candles or something in the outside dining area, especially when the places is covered in trees. This made the value not worth it because I couldn't spend the time I want to enjoy the food we were served.

All but one aspect of visit was an improvement from last experience. The food was good. While the salmon was flavourful and of good portion I found the plate sparse and uninspired. It was served on a bed of greens, lemon wedge, ramekin of a horseradish creme and little else. The softshells were memorable as was the onion soup. Comfortable enough to enjoy outdoor seating. Price points on the high end for lunch and service lacked presence, attention to detail and was stiff, distant and less than engaging. We were not offered a dessert menu nor whether we wanted coffee. We asked another server for both. That being said, the food and location stood out.

When I made reservations, there was not indication that we would have to sit indoors on a beautiful Sunday noon. Their outdoor space is wonderful. I had the chicken sandwich, which, for my taste, had too much garlic and way too many raw onions. I forgot to ask them to hold the onion, so that is partly on me. Anyway, I really enjoy Spencers for weekday breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Do not enjoy their Sunday brunch.

Spencer's is one of my favorite places for brunch in the Coachella Valley. I was a bit disappointed with the food this time...I had been bragging that they have the best eggs Benedict I've ever had, and, unfortunately, this visit did not live up to past experience. The hollandaise sauce was good, but a little bland...more lemon please. The ham had a funny canned taste and was cut on the thick side. Both my friend and I thought the potatoes were not cooked all the way through and were dry. Still, a lovely brunch in a beautiful setting and great service.

We had wonderful brunch at Spencer's Restaurant. The food was delicious with attentive service. The restaurant is located close to downtown but avoid the noise on Palm Canyon. Gorgeous atmosphere and location.

Service and food not up their usual standards. Had to wait for our table even with a reservation.
