Wonderful experience for our first trip to Spencers. We each ordered one special (hanger steak, black cod) and they were both perfectly cooked and delicious. Nice ambiance and service too. We will be back!

This was my second time visiting Spencer's and it was just as amazing as the first time. The atmosphere and food are always on point. The outside patio is very romantic. The prix fixe menu was excellent and the wine recommendations were very good as well. I look forward to returning again!

For my wife's landmark birthday, we chose a top notch place -- and we were delighted with our choice! From the valet parking to a relatively quiet table, the tone was perfect. We had brought a bottle of wine from our collection; the corkage of $30 was reasonable. We enjoyed the hot appetizer for 2 ($42) followed by the veal chop (very large, perfectly prepared) and the duck which was cooked to perfection. Service was professional without being over the top and our bill was comfortably under $200. It's expensive, but not overpriced in the slightest. For what we enjoyed, this was a superior value. Spencers is a perfect "special occasion" choice, and I recommend it enthusiastically.

Patio was completely open but they wouldn't seat anyone there. Instead we sat in an inclosed room but the noise level was horrible. Beautiful weather... WHY?

We went to Spencer's for an anniversary dinner. Everything about the restaurant was wonderful - the setting, environment , service and food was fantastic. And it was quiet compared to the noise of other restaurants - an outstanding quality. We definitely will return in the future!

Spencer's was again voted top dining spot in Palm Springs for a very good reason! It's a wonderful restaurant with the perfect balance. Every patron is treated well. The design and decor is classic and very comfortable. The long-time service staff know what they're doing. The food is delicious and beautifully prepared and presented. We have dined here for 21 years! This is a special place!!

Poor service, food was mediocre. The server was just in a hurry to get our order in and get us out. He rushed us, you could tell he didn't want to be there.

We were enjoying a special night out with our girls and asked our server if it was possible to get buttered noodles for our youngest. He was rude when he responded and said it was possible but we wouldn't get any sort of discount. We didn't ask for a discount we were just asking if it was something they could do. He was short with us for the remainder of our dinner, so much so that we asked for our desert to be boxed up so we could enjoy it at home rather than stay any longer at the restaurant. When he dropped off our check he said ... here's the damage. He was not attentive. We order a cocktail shortly after we sat and he didn't ask if we wanted anything else to drink until well after our dinner was served. We had two 13 year olds that got dressed up and looked adorable for our special dinner. It was a very disappointing experience.

One of the best if not the best restaurants in Palm Springs. Had the Dover Sole which was cooked to perfection. My partner had the liver and onions with bacon. Claimed it was the best he has had. With wonderful ambience and valet parking Spencer's can't be beat.

Spencer's is a well-designed locale with attentive waitstaff and delicious food. It is wonderful to dine outdoors while benefiting from an indoor ambiance. It's a restaurant to return to over and over, again.

I stopped here during a rainy afternoon and ended up staying for over an hour. The staff was so welcoming, and the warm atmosphere made me feel right at home. I ordered a bowl of hot tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich — simple but exactly what I needed. The soup was rich and full of flavor, and the bread was crispy. I also appreciated that they had free Wi-Fi and didn’t rush anyone to leave. Perfect place to take a break and enjoy a slow meal.
