Typical Starbucks fare, really nice staff, no atmosphere because - it's a Starbucks. They're all pretty much alike.

I was happy when this Starbucks location was built, and in the beginning it WAS a nice place to get coffee in the morning, chill or even take my laptop and do some work. BUT, NOT ANYMORE! This location, (as well as the other SBucks location on Sunrise), REMOVED ALL Outlets!!! HOW RUDE and UNFRIENDLY / UNACCOMODATING ! WHO would do that?? ? ? It just seems a very stingy move. Additionally they play very LOUD music which is not chill or comfortable at all. ?This location: Certainly NOT Customer Friendly approach to service. The "New" Starbucks has OPPORTUNITY For IMPROVEMENT,...in my opinion. I won't be coming back until they make the place more accommodating. ?Parking: Who cares about the parking!?? We want a chill location, that we can sip coffee, use our laptop or phone and have an outlet to recharge!!!

The app has sent me to the wrong Starbucks twice. There are two within a few miles of each other. So when I got to the wrong one Sunday morning, the manager, a heavy set lady, proceeded to tell me that I wasn't working the app properly... Ok, I explained it has happened to a few people that I know, she said it has never happened at all. She must be the know all see all. She didn't greet me at all just told me I had to put my cigarette out on MY car, I wasn't chiefing on it or even really smoking it, she looked at me with disdain and disgust on her plump face. She had a negative and deliberately nasty attitude from the start. I kept my cool until finally I drove away and went to the other Starbucks down the road. They obviously didn't have my order but they did fill it for me. They were much nicer. The Starbucks with the nasty manager was in the Albertsons plaza and I will never go back.

Honestly was a pretty good place, the interior was clean, staff were nice only issue is the amount of ice they serve fills the entire cup with barely any drinkWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get to the entrance

Don't be afraid to ask the workers for their preference they made me the best coffee I ever had. John helped me out, but everyone here is friendly and more then willing to assist you.

This spot has the top customer service in the whole CV - every employee is so friendly, and makes you feel welcome, and actually care about their customers-But the *best* by far employee is Caleb - all the people on drive through eventually remember our order, but Caleb always has a smile and always welcomes us and asks how we’re doing.The manager, Alexa, really runs a great group of people there - we go out of our way to hit this spot, even though there are 3 that are much closer.

I frequent this location as it's near Mt daughters schools and my work. Today I took my daughter for her bday and mentioned that to the batista and they made her feel extra special! Thank you SB staff for making her special day better!
