This location has certain rude staff members and poor customer service policies. They require you to wait in line for water, even after you’ve already placed your order. When I went to pick up my order, several employees were standing around behind the counter, yet they refused to pour a cup of water and instead told me to go to the back of the line.
I even overheard them saying that anyone who wants water has to wait in line, almost as if it’s meant to discourage people from asking. This kind of attitude is rude, unhelpful, and definitely not customer service oriented.

I went in to get a cold brew and I always ask for light cream. Most of my drink was cream. I politely asked if they would remake it because I asked for lite cream and when I received it the drink was more cream than coffee almost like they did the opposite on purpose. They got so bothered and were talking about me saying I didn't like the drink and so on. When I got my remade drink the girl told me next time if I want less cream to call them and tell them I want a splash. I said well I figured when I put light cream in the app I figured you knew that I wanted light cream. I've never had an issue with that at any other starbucks. I ended going to another palm springs starbucks and they remade it for me again and it was perfect and they were nice. Now I know not to visit this location when in town.

Called several locations, then since this one is close to my home, after making a big mistake of walking to Starbucks that had no electrical outlets for me to do my work and kind of relax for a couple hours at a Starbucks. Was told that they got rid of electrical outlet due to the homeless and a focus for their business through the drive-thru. I will not be stepping into Starbucks ever again if that's their Outlook and business model. Shame on them.

the staff they have really sucks it took them 20 minutes to make a pink drink mind u i ordered 2 drinks when i asked when my other drink would be done they couldn’t tell me an when i asked for my money back they were rude about it an then told me i couldn’t say crap or they would refuse my service an not give me my money back this starbucks has always been fast but again the new staff is very slow and rude if i have a mobile order it shouldn’t have took almost 30 minutes for me to get a drink i preordered

Should have know better then to come to this location. I came this morning they got the wrong order through the drive tru first because of the landscaping blower they couldn’t hear me after repeating my order very loudly 3 times. After they fixed the order they double charged me for quadruple ice expresso. I ended up paying $9 for only 4 shots of espresso on ice absolutely ridiculous paying that much for ice coffee that tasted like melted ice and water. Learned my lesson again.
