Won’t be coming back due to paper straws. Paper straws are useless in drinks and become useless before the drink is gone. It takes 2-3 straws to finish a drink.

What happened to the customer service at this location? There seems to be NO TRAINING for the staff. 1st time the guys clearly going under with one order, waited 5 min then left last time same guy still struggling while the other person is having a great conversation with the check clerk from Vons. There was no order ahead of me, left again and went to Koffi.

Today I stopped at this location for the first time. They had a barista by the name of Giselle and she was amazing. She had a very welcoming and friendly personality. She was efficient and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for outstanding service!!!

I’m a regular costumer at vons and after grocery shopping I love to get Starbucks. The ladies that take my orders are so friendly and welcoming but today I had a horrible experience. A barista by the name of Troy. He was being very unwelcoming and rude. His tone of voice looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Not to mention the drink wasn’t even filled to the rim.
Concerned about Covid. Swarmed with High school students touching every cup to find their own order in the pick up area. Very gross.

I was always having problems at my old pharmacy getting prescriptions filled. Switched to the pharmacy at Vons a few months ago and it has been an easy, no stress experience ever since.

Came twice now and they made my simple drink wrong both times. If you don't have chips for a Java chip, tell me! I'll go somewhere else. I'm not paying $8 for KINDA what I wanted! If you don't know the drink, again say so! Never making this mistake again. Too many that can do it right.
