Very rude service from the old barista man that was working August 3rd afternoon.. very disrespectful didn't greet me, didn't thank me .. when I asked him a couple questions about the coffee he was making he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know..he showed that he was obligated to serve me.... Someone so rude should not be in customer service.. I sure hope someone from corporate talks to this angry man..

We visit this Starbucks fairly often because of its location inside Vons grocery store. The drinks and snacks are consistently good. I don’t get coffee here as often as other nearby places because the prices are higher (as expected). Hence, the 4 stars.

Won’t be coming back due to paper straws. Paper straws are useless in drinks and become useless before the drink is gone. It takes 2-3 straws to finish a drink.

There seems to be NO TRAINING for the staff. 1st time the guys clearly going under with one order, waited 5 min then left last time same guy still struggling while the other person is having a great conversation with the check clerk from Vons. There was no order ahead of me, left again and went to Koffi.

Today I stopped at this location for the first time. They had a barista by the name of Giselle and she was amazing. She had a very welcoming and friendly personality. She was efficient and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for outstanding service!!!
I’m a regular costumer at vons and after grocery shopping I love to get Starbucks. The ladies that take my orders are so friendly and welcoming but today I had a horrible experience. A barista by the name of Troy. He was being very unwelcoming and rude. His tone of voice looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Not to mention the drink wasn’t even filled to the rim.
