I usually love coming to this store the employees are always nice and helpful but what I got in my coffee today was not something I wanna experience again totally unexceptable a fly inside my drink is disgusting I will pass I was able to see it after I started drinking my coffee I'm disgusted will not be returning anytime soon.

SEE Update at end of post!! Went to this location to get Iced Macha Tea. Out of stock? It's summer, every summer this happens. I don't know what the issue is with product availability, but you are lucky your competition shut down in Coachella Valley. Two locations this week out of Macha Tea? The manager told me he would order more Macha Tea mix immediately, two days later we went by and they had Macha Tea in stock!! Desert Hot Springs location? No Macha Tea in stock...

This location has some of the best barista's and management. The drive thru line all the way back to bank of america, but the staff her moves quickly and gets the line down FAST. Other locations need to follow what this location does.
