Tucked away in the Lowe's strip mall, this ramen joint rocks. I've eaten ramen in Japan 🇯🇵 and Torakichi is authentic. The chicken black garlic oil is top notch, very hearty, not salty, and I also recommend the Japanese fried chicken tenders. Excellent, friendly service. My server was Jordan, a young guy who knows his ramen. This place deserves 10 stars!

Ramen was delicious and service was great. I think I missed a memo on the drinks because everyone had these big jar drinks that looked delicious. I'll have to try them next time!

All I wanted was a good bowl of ramen. It was surprising to see no other patrons inside, but I was very excited to try this place out. It did not live up to expectations. The fried gyoza was absolutely terrible, and that's usually my favorite part of the meal. The ramen itself was just bland and unappealing. The only flavor was the hotsauce they put on top. The service was pretty good, though..

I ate Tonkotsu Ramen.
The noodles, soup, chashu, and egg were all authentic Japanese tonkotsu ramen and very delicious.
The pork bone soup is thin and light.
Highly recommended for people who want to eat proper Japanese ramen.
If I ever visit Palm Springs again, I'll definitely come back.

I had a healthcare convention nearby and i just wanted simple for myself and my roommate for the night. Something quick, not so crowded and also quality food. While my coworkers were out looking for something fancy, we opted for this. It was about 10 minutes from the Renaissance Hotel. There was quite a long line outside, but we managed to get seated in 5 minutes.

I got the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen, my roommate got the regular Tonkotsu Ramen and we also got the Gyoza and the Ebi Fry.

They were all good, but I really enjoyed the Ebi Fry. It was cooked fresh and just right and had a really good crunch and fairly seasoned with each bite.

When we got sat at our table, more people came in. It was packed and a line was formed outside. Even with the crowd, it was a pretty chill place. Not too crazy and a pretty quaint sit-down setting. I recommend it and Im definitely coming back.
