⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 (4.5 stars) Baracoa Cuban Restaurant in Palmdale absolutely delivered. From the moment we sat down, the service was excellent—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The drinks were fresh, bright, and inviting, and the bartender really knew their craft. They offered thoughtful options for champagne mimosas and martinis, tailoring suggestions to what we actually enjoyed (which always earns bonus points). Also worth noting: a very reasonable $10 corkage fee—love that flexibility. The food came out hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared. What stood out most was how true the cuisine felt to its roots. Every dish reflected the Cuban lifestyle—bold, centered, and focused on its origins rather than watered down or overcomplicated. You could taste the intention and pride behind the flavors. Overall, Baracoa is a fantastic spot for great service, well-made drinks, and authentic Cuban cuisine. We truly enjoyed the experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommended. 🇨🇺🔥🍹

Excellent dining experience! Service staff are proactive and attentive. Ceviche Del Caribe is unique and amazing.

The food was amazing and our server Lisa was awesome! We have never been to a Cuban restaurant so we started with the ceviche and it was amazing. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the small pieces of mango added just the right flavor. For our entree we had the Grand Tour De Cuba; each of the dishes was so flavorful and unique in its own way, they were so delicious. During our meal the chef came out several times and spoke with everyone in the restaurant, it was great to be able to ask questions and get his insights on the way things are prepared.

Beautiful atmosphere, live music and such delicious food! Service is also super nice and friendly! Will come back!

We are regulars here and came in to celebrate my birthday tonight. Unfortunately tonight was it for us. We have been coming here for years and we've begun to see the changes, which we gave the benefit of the doubt to. However, not all change is good change, and we've definitely seen the level of service, management, and food quality decline.

I took my husband there for his brithday for the first time and he loved the food and ambiance. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making a memorable time.

The food and the service were very amazing. This is a perfect spot for anybody trying to have a business meeting or just have a date night out. The only negative thing I have to say is that they had an accident with a guest that's sat next to me was accidentally hit by a fan from the ceiling which was shocking during my meal. But I think that was a very unforeseen incident.

Not like before. It was a good restaurant and we noticed food decline. Slow service at times. Not worth the value.

Above all, the customer service was excellent! We had a large party near closing time and we were in no way rushed or reminded of such. The food was delicious and the proportions were more than plenty. Thank you!

Great food and an amazing staff, we ate outside with a huge party and even with the heat, you couldn't feel it.
