I was gonna give a 5 but one thing through me off. Great service, provides chips and salsa when seated. I got the chilaquiles verde, BOMB! I added carnitas and thats what got me. The carnitas had alot of far, almost all of it was that mushy fat. Guess i got a bad batch, but besides that great spot.

This place is okay. We got the chilaquiles and the sauce tasted like canned sauce . Not made in house. We got the sope and huarache de carnitas and it was okay nothing special about it. Lots of fat on the meat.

It’s ok! Nothing special! I ordered breakfast for my kids and specifically put what I wanted ! They didn’t listen fully! They put shredded lettuce all over their eggs! I’ve never had breakfast with lettuce mixed into the eggs! That’s kinda gross honestly lol we didn’t order breakfast salads ! I got the pozole! Flavor was very Smokey compared to most pozoles! And the meat was super tough!

Stopped by Guadalajara Pueblito for a quick lunch and ended up finding my new go-to spot! This friendly, family-owned restaurant has such a welcoming vibe. I had the Asada burrito—perfectly sized and absolutely delicious. It could’ve easily been two meals, but it was so good I couldn’t stop eating. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Very considerate people and good food. They went out of their way to make the monster taco vegetarian for me.
Vegetarian options: They're flexible with making things vegetarian, and worst case scenario you can get the veggie burrito
