I was recently in Palmdale staying at the Holiday Inn for a week on a work trip. On my third night here, I decided to try Hacienda Mi Ranchito. I ended up coming back the other two nights of my trip. They have great Happy Hour deals and excellent food. The service was the best I have had in a while too. By my second time in, the bartenders were treating my like a regular (also worth noting, the regulars I met were super nice and it was great talking to them.) If my work travels...

Owners & staff are very friendly. Food is great, salsa is better than the other restaurants that I've been to.

This place is consistently on point with their service, food, and vibe. Andres was our server on our last visit and he was exactly who you hope to get at every restaurant. The menu has plenty of options without being overwhelming. The restaurant is always clean. The food is flavorful and the portions are generous.
