Jack in the Box in Palmdale

“Drive thru for a milkshake and a cheesecake. Both were excellent..Update,,had to drop you to a 4 rating, lets taco bout it.. Stopped in for some tacos cuz we loves us some Jack tacos. We order alot of tacos, usually. 20-30 if all the kids are eating. But, since this was our first time here for food, and It seemed rather busy, lunch rush...only 14 tacos, ex lettuce, ez sauce, cup of ice water and and a single egg roll, w/ sweet n sour.Always order, extra lettuce, ez sauce!We are used to parking in front and waiting since a lot-o-tacos take time as does the egg roll to fill our order. Didnt wait long but when we got home. WOW .. , not in a good way!Ver lttle. $¢ Little lettuce, dripping with sauce. And Im talking dripping. And how they managed to make the shell so hard, while the bottoms were stuck to the service envelope ripping open when we tried to eat them .Let me say this, although eating these tacos was the toughest challenge of that entire day.,and the special order mistake, they tasted fabulous, and thats right, we still ate every last one of Jacks tacos.Just because it wasnt perfect didnt mean it wasnt good. It just meant, we love Jacks tacos so much, it is so worth the extra effort. I didnt call for new tacos, and I didn't complain about lack of lettuce, or doin the backstroke through sauce.I am sayin, the order was correct on the screen. Maybe back of the house should take an extra 2 seconds to look at the order. Take an extra 2 seconds.(see you just took an extra 2 seconds and read the same line of text)And the probability of special orders having mistakes, is reduced immensely. We have not given up on you Rancho Vista Jack. We will be back, to taco bout more tacos.!SOON!!II would recommend specifically the Homestyle Chicken Ranch Club. Wow what a power house sandwich, w/ onion rings and Vanilla Coke...or curly fries and med chocolate shake.“

“This has got to be the friendliest and welcoming Jack in the box I've ever been to. From the moment my family and I stepped in the front door we were greeted with smiling faces and everyone was just so nice and everyone had a smile on their face, very positive vibe!!!“

“Usually, our food is pretty correct, even though we have a custom order every time. Unfortunately, the service is lacking, especially in the drive through the employee. Jocelyn was so rude to us that she didn't even let the card process at the drive through pulled it out early and told us our card was declined and we asked her to run it again and she just rolled her eyes at us and closed the door. From the start of our order at the speaker. She sounded extremely tired and annoyed with our order. We tried to go slow and make sure everything was accurate. We did have a large order for 6 people. When we got to the first window to pay, she was extremely rude and was taking someone else's order. At the second window, we let the lady know about how rude their service was from the lady who took our order. And she stated that she would speak to her. But this is not the first time we've had an issue at the drive through, inside ordering is much better I have to say.“

“Smells really bad 👎 😕 counter grease food was alright not fresh made soda from inside FLAT outside soda machine was worst all dirty homeless people around asking for money you can't eat inside 🤷🏻‍♀️.
