Always very good service and very good good. I have been here many times with my husband and it is always very good. I am preserving here grilled liver with onions, country style potato ?, pancakes with fruits , hot tea and coffee. The service is always very good and the food is excellent. We like this place a lot because it is considerably not very expensive and the food is always very good.
Good service the employees feels like that want your business. Food Is good. You can now use atm or credit cards for your meal. It would be nice the salsa was free but it is made freash.

Always good food. Had lunch with a friend recently and she said it was her new favorite breakfast food place. I've tried a few different things and the food is always on point. Highly recommend this place.

I had one of the best cheese burgers ever, and the onion rings were amazing!! My wife had a patty melt that was huge, The service was excellent and very friendly! Highly recommend this Karen's. We will definitely be going back soon!!

Great breakfast, great personnel, highly recommend for everyone!
The first time my food came out, it was wrong. No fault of the server, the cook didn't read the ticket. She fixed it quickly and was very attentive to me. Good homey feel to this place.

Lovely little desert diner located on the edge of a quiet little high desert town. The parking lot is huge and mostly empty. The patrons will vary from house-less individual, passerby going to Vegas from OC, rancher from around the corner, to migrant family looking for work. All are welcome and the portions are hefty.The staff are friendly and warm. The food portions are enormous. The prices are very competitive, if not low.I had the Chile Verde omelet. I got it with home fries and a biscuit covered in gravy. There were no upcharges and no extra add-ons. This could have fed me for 3 days, but it only cost 15 dollars. I rolled through this sleep spot at 730 in the morning because I couldn't check into my hotel room at such an early time and I needed to kill some time. Let me tell you, it was a lovely time watching the different patrons walk through the 1980s, stuck in time, door and enjoy themselves. The building is old and the walls tell stories of the past, but the country decor hides it well, and the food eclipses any locations related negative remarks I may have.Give this quiet spot a try and learn why there are multiple Karen's kitchens around town.
