What’s the point of doing online ordering they always park you and have you wait over 5 min this is happening constantly and it’s getting annoying why offer the app if you can’t fulfill the customer?

If you could round up the most incompetent and slow people and have them work somewhere it’d be this specific McDonald’s location. They always mess up orders every time I come through here they have you waiting inside on your order for 30mins, I hope the owner of this store fires all the staff and hires new because these people obviously don’t want to work. My sister stood waiting for someone to cash in her order for 10mins while the workers kept saying hey there’s someone at the register but NONE came to take her order. The man who I think owns the place finally came by and cashed her order because none of the workers wanted to.This isn’t the first time this happens either. If you don’t want to work don’t, but make room for the people who actually want jobs and aren’t lazy.

The wait is so crazy! Almost 45 mins to get my order.. the worst location In the antelope valley.. food service is horrible and will now continue to go rancho vista location and ave S location.. something’s has to change with how this one runs.. the orders would be wrong too or something always missing. For what we pay it’s disappointing. You try to get one of their attentions to speak with them, you can’t even do that! They look at you and ignore you and keep talking amount themselves. Asked a manager for help and said oh I’m clocking out I’ll get someone and never did and walked off with another employee and I had to again try to get someone attention someone who clocked in helped. Disappointed.

Couldn't give you an in depth review of the restaurant. But when it's only 6:30 and they tell you it's closed with an attitude and the schedule say 8pm. It's extremely clear that the rest of the place and food will be a disappointment. 8-10-25 So I guess this will be an update from my last visit. Sad to say there is no difference whether you're being served or not. I used the kiosk to order a $6 value meal. Only to wait 25 minutes to receive it. The kiosk gave me a paper and nothing printed out. Since everything is kiosk only you have to flag someone from the back to get their attention. None of them are moving at a quick Pace even though they're getting orders from every direction. How many people would feel comfortable witnessing their fries being pushed down in the carton with someone's bare hand? They seem to all be comfortable with this procedure. Someone definitely needs to handle this restaurant and its management. They can easily get someone sick.

If you’re planning to get some food from here, good luck with the wait tbh. When I came here for lunch I just ordered a Big Mac from my points and there was about 10+ people already for their food and this isn’t the first McDonald’s location at Palmdale that’s like this. It’s either majority told everyone called out or they’re all new employees. I heard customers screaming to the employees for refunds and the request for the managers. DONT EAT AT MCDONALDS AT PALMDALE EVER!!!!!

They never make my coffee right. Almost all McDonald's don't, so please get it right it's not hard to make an ice caramel coffee. That's my only complaint
