Starbucks is a popular restaurant known for its hot coffee and mobile ordering. A frequent customer recently ordered their usual hot coffee, Cinnamon Dulce with added caramel and decaf, with oat milk. However, another customer has had negative experiences recently. They have been waiting 15-20 minutes on top of their 10-minute mobile order pick-up time, even though the drive-thru line is not longer than usual. They usually order a hot white chocolate mocha with no whip, a dragonfruit refresher, and a vanilla bean danish. Unfortunately, they found a hair on their bacon gouda sandwich during a recent visit. The staff's attempts to start conversations with customers at the drive-thru window have also been met with disapproval.
