Decided to try a new boba place today, which apparently was a terrible mistake. Not only do you HAVE to leave a minimum 15% tip even for takeout, their "signature brown sugar boba milk tea" literally just tastes like someone blended up a bunch of burnt soy beans and dumped a ton of sugar in it. Just a completely foul, nasty, bitter tasting drink, one tiny sip and I had to quickly spit it right back out into a napkin. At first I just thought maybe I didn't like the flavor (despite this being my favorite flavor at my tried and true boba shops), but the two people I came with that ordered the same drink were both equally disgusted by whatever was in those cups. Not sure if all of their drinks are this gross, if maybe it's only this particular flavor, or if we just had the bad luck of coming on an off day, but considering we just spent $13 a person for something so inedible it all got dumped in the trash in under a minute, I won't ever be coming back to find out.

Stopped by for lunch. Ordered the mango green tea. Very refreshing and the boba was soft and chewy. Mochi donuts are the best in the area. Highly recommended!

Stopped by hoping to try the 10 yen coin. It must have been a limited time offer as they no longer have it on the menu. Bought a mochi donut instead. Got the strawberry garden. Beautiful mochi donut with sugar butterflies on top. The mochi donut base was great, chewy soft interior texture with a slight bite to the exterior. However, the frosting tasted similar to a very mild version of strawberry pocky. I will probably try again if in the area for another flavor or if they bring back the 10 yen coin. Very instagrammable spot. Beautiful inside and outside. Just keep your expectations to that.

Flavor is always on point. Fast serve. I also love their donuts. I've visited a few locations now and highly recommend.

Came here for a short study break after my morning conference. I love the color scheme and vibe! The staff is exceptional. I ended up getting the Vietnamese iced coffee and it is 10/10. I will definitely come back again

I got a roasted oolong milk tea. They were out of the brown sugar boba, which is unideal as this is a boba shop. The milk tea itself is actively bad - the tea flavor did not come through at all and the milk tastes quite artificial.

Nice and friendly staff! Got the last mochi donut. Come before 4PM on weekends if you want to have flavor options. Best mochi donut in the area. Stir-fry boba is great texture but on the sweet side. They have crystal boba as well if you don't want sweet. Great instagram photo spots inside and outside the store!

Very floral jasmine green milk tea here and the wintermelon tea is great as well! Kind workers and cute spot. their pink honey boba is good and the texture is always on point.

Oh I so wanted to like and support this place but the boba was pretty bad — sort of stale texture to boba, and the milk tea was too artificial tasting.

I got a black tea and it tasted like piss. The service was fine, nothing special. I must admit the atmosphere was nice but for somewhere with "tea" in the name, having bad tea is kind inexcusable.

The Chizu Mango green tea was creamy and sweet with real mango, while the Blueberry Cinnamon mochi donuts were soft, chewy, and utterly delightful. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
