I had the most amazing service and sandwich here today. Bread was perfect. Roast beef couldn’t be better and the added bacon jam was so good. I’ll recommend :)

Huge fan of Crust!
Two of us ordered:
Signature Item PA × 2 $27.98 ($13.99 ea.)
Add AVO PA $1.75
Premium Drink $3.49
CHIPS $2.69
Regular Drink $2.49
Staff was friendly. Seating inside and outside.
Mat portions were definitely lacking (from my memory from previous Crust locations)...so definitely a bit more bread-y than what I had hoped for.
Parking easy to find in the plaza, but need to walk a few steps to get to the actual store front.
If i lived local this would be my go to shop. I work in the Palo Alto area as a construction worker. From the absolutely delicious sandwich to the amazing customer service I’ll be frequently coming here when in the area. I don’t know if it’s the owner or manager I didn’t catch his name welcomed me in well before they even opened so I could make it back to my job site with a good lunch. When he saw me walking away as I noticed they didn’t open tell 10 and I break at 9 he yelled through the door as he unlocked it i didn’t say we wouldn’t make you a sandwich. He made it as his staff hadn’t started yet. One of the best spicy Italian sandwiches I’ve had and the cookie was amazing.

Salty! Salty!
Everything was great except it was way too salty,
My wife agreed with me. Maybe it was an accident
Hope you notify the cook staff.

The sandwiches were very good. The bread is excellent. I would skip the drinks and chips. The sandwich itself is expensive. This location was hard to find and odd location. It's next to a business building. Love the unlimited pickles.

Above all a really great sandwich should be satisfying. My turkey on Crust sourdough was that times 2. I ate half in the airport and the other midway through my flight. The service was relaxed, friendly but efficient—totally customer oriented. I even got some very good advice on iPhone cases!
Admittedly, I'm not much of a sandwich guy, but oh boy! This place was unlike any other sandwich shop I've ever been to, the food truly speaks for itself and the customer service was amazing. As a student at nearby Stanford University, I don't think there is any other casual sandwich place like it in the immediate area. I ended up getting the 'Sourdough Dip' based on recommendation from the very friendly cashier, and man I was NOT disappointed! The price was 20ish bucks, which at first was surprising to me, but as soon as I took that first bite it all made so much sense.
Well deserved 5 stars!
PS: I even got a free cookie for it being my first time :)
