We had reservations on a Sunday morning for brunch. The restaurant is placed in a long, narrow strip of property with signage in black, not prominently displayed. Ate outside, which was nice. Menus were lovely, many options and helpful waiter. When the plates were removed, some sauce was spilled on the table, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned up while waiting for the dessert menu. Our dinner at Ettan was terrific and we will definitely be back. The Washington oysters were fresh and delicious and served with a selection of sauces on the side. The slow-cooked octopus was moist and tender and some of the best I've ever eaten. My red chard in a curry sauce was a presentation I'd never experienced before and we sopped up every bit with the roti that came with the meal. This is not your run of the mill Indian restaurant. The flavors of India with an exciting level of creativity. Every dish was distinctive and delicious. Wonderful service. Love the outdoor terrace. Build in extra time to park!
