A lovely laid back delightful evening for dinner. Impressive wine list and warm service are highlights along with the soufflé!

Great food selections! Quality of food was very good! We always make it a point to visit this restaurant when we are in Palo Alto. We ordered the Osso Bucco and the chicken pasta. we enjoyed them both! Check out the profiteroles!! Yummm! Great service too. You feel like you're back in France!

Experience was OK. We had a party of 12 and we did not arrive all at once so we sat as we arrived. Waiters did not come over and take drink orders until most of us had arrived and then took 30 minutes to take our food orders after that. Our reservation time was at 7 and we did not leave the restaurant until after 10 because the service was so slow. I ordered the seafood pasta which was supposed to have crab meat along with other seafood but it actually only had salmon and shrimp. My husband ordered steak which was mostly fat, not a quality cut of meat. We waited a long time after our entree plates were cleared for the dessert menu. I ordered creme brulee and it was BAD. The sugar was not cooked on top at all, it was raw sugar on top of custard. The beignets were very good however, perhaps the only redeeming part of the meal. After we finished our meal and dessert we waited for to go boxes and had to get up and wander around the restaurant for someone to grab some boxes for us. All the waiters were gone and we finally found the hostess who grabbed the boxes for us. Upon leaving, three waiters came running from across the street and said goodbye to us as we stood outside waiting for the rest of our party to filter out. Would not come back.

Great food at a very affordable price. Service was excellent. We had 10 for a graduation celebration and the hostess made a lovely dessert tray for my granddaughter with superb chocolate mousse. Some had pancakes, waffle and other breakfast type things, all were perfectly prepared, some had duck confit and one had beef bourguignon. Everyone loved the food. We were also happy with the drinks, from Bloody Mary to Champagne Kit (the French version). I cannot recommend La Boheme highly enough.

La Boheme is one of our favorite places. Service is tremendous, food delicious and the staff is so friendly.

Great local place for casual French dining. Service is attentive without being disruptive. Will definitely be back.

The food was quite bad...Duck was slimy and overcooked, Entrecote was not an entrecote cut of meat and overcooked in diner style, pasta was overcooked and escargots were not fresh escargots so they were rubbery. Others were ok, but tasted more or less like an airplane food. For the price, we will not be returning. This is definitely not French standard.

Possibly the worst salad (salad chevre chaud) I have ever had. Tasteless. The goat's cheese was a tiny smear on tiny pieces of “toasted” bread that were soft and unpleasant. If there was dressing, I could not tell.

The beef bourguignon was disappointing. Braised/stew meat served in a bit of gravy with a side of sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes.

We've just had (another) fabulous meal at La Boheme! I wish I'd taken pictures of our fabulous brunch! Best hash browns EVER! We had a fabulous burger today, but there's something on the menu for everyone at any time of day they are open. The burger was topped with fresh crispy iceberg lettuce, a lush generous tomato slice and more....SO GOOD! Don't forget the delicious fries with the option to switch that to a green salad. Another favorite is the duck confit benedict. I don't think we've had that anywhere else and it's always delish! Both included breakfast options--hash browns or potatoes--are wonderful. If we get two breakfast options, we'll get one of each and share them. If you eat inside, and are relaxed, you may get confused and think you're in a French bistro in Paris. Included with your dining is a French chef, who is also a co-owner....Marie can often be heard speaking in French to other diners. In addition to lots of wonderful French staples, this can also be among your favorite breakfast spots. Yum, yum, yum!

We had a nice Sunday brunch. The menu has many appetizing offerings. We had delicious scrambled eggs and omelet and a nice trout. The croissants had the right texture and tasted a little bland, the potato hash was plain and too crusty. The service was less attentive than usual. It was not very busy at noon time.

Another wonderful experience at La Boheme. The menu has the favorites/Brasserie food like boeuf bourguignon and jarret d'agneau that keep us going back. Prices have gone up like, well, everywhere... but they remain reasonable for the area, the quality of the food, and the food portions. Dishes were plated well and seemed a little more decorative than usual. Service by Malik, Marie-Pierre, and others was apt as always. Looking forward to revisiting as well as introducing more groups to this place.

Small fishes esp outstanding - croquettes, crab cakes, onion soup, escargots. Not to mention beignets. Rest? Your choice. Lamb shanks and salmon were tops.

Very cosy atmosphere. Food was excellent; not as fussy as some French restuarants, but excellent task and appearance. Relaxed dinner.

Excellent experience always! Food never disappoint, my go to place for lunch during work week.
