Great sushi place! The fish was very fresh and every dish was well prepared. Good sized servings too. There was a bit of a wait on Friday night string 7pm but no more than 20 minutes as the service is quite and the tables turn over pretty quickly. Will definitely come back.
Stopped by MJ's in Palo Alto, nice place with a very friendly staff. Food was really good and I enjoyed the O'Toro Nigiri the most. You should stop by when walking around California Avenue or just riding up El Camino.
It's mid grade quality sushi (nothing wrong; there's a market for it). For the price and portion, I really enjoy it. I always get the chirashi bowl. I sometimes ask for only salmon or half salmon and tuna, and they don't charge extra. The chicken karage is pretty good too. First beer or soda or ramune (Japanese flavored soft drink) is free which is awesome.
