It's a popular place for boba amongst the local crowd, but today I had a pleasure to try the new lychee oolong tea, it's a great combination, I like this drink a lot. Will be my regular go-to drink!
Pros: my taro fresh milk with brown sugar boba was beautiful and tasty, with real taro in the drink. The employees seem nice; I saw a friendly interaction between one of them and someone who needed to change her order.
Cons: the ordering experience was plain bad. You have to input your own order on an ipad (but of course the machine still asks for a tip). There's an up-charge of $1.25 for no ice. You're required to give a phone number and immediately...

They forgot to put boba in the brown milk w/boba. This was not as bad as what they did with the oolong peach tea.
