Much conversation between employees, do not know if they serve customers or laugh at something that is happening at the moment, I have always been a customer, I will not come back. Grace employed. terrible

I absolutely love this place in Palo Alto. We’ve tried poke at many different places, but this one is still our favorite. Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful, and the combinations are just perfect.
Whenever we’re craving poke, this is the place we come back to. In our opinion, it’s simply the best poke in the area 😀 Highly recommend!

Prob one of worst poke I've ever eaten having moved here recently from NYC. Rice too moist. Pineapple tasted overripe/rotten, mango underripe, salmon poke was ok. In general was very bland tasting, no salt or seasoning

Their signage outside lies about their prices. When I asked about getting the pricing on the sign that brought me in, everyone just seemed confused and unable to communicate. If I had known it was a lie I would both not have gone in nor would I have ordered a hand roll.

I normally like their food, but this time the greens in my bowl were slimy and black evidence to the fact that they are quite old. I went to tell the staff, and they quickly dismissed me and offered me another side of the old greens. When I refused, and asked for a refund instead the worker balked at me. She took my phone number and name to contact the manager, but I never heard back. Very disappointing for a $20 poke bowl.
