Amazing ramen! There is a line out here for a reason. However if you come very early and are okay with an early dinner, it takes less time. But honestly worth the wait. I love that there is more than one vegetarian option and the taste is phenomenal!

Bad service experience the last time I visited: Asked the waiter for a fork and they rudely asked if I needed a bib too.
Original King (4/5): Good flavor but not eh best I've had in the bay area. The tonkotsu broth was light.
Veggie King (4/5): Unique flavor. Creamy unlike most veggie ramen. The hash brown was unique and a nice addition.
Red King (4/5)
Green King (2/5): Italian flavors with the pesto based broth. Doesn't work with ramen.

Ramen Negi is a very famous place for universal noodles in San Jose California United States of America. This place is always crowded and keeps waiting for 30 to 50 minutes. The taste is very good and service is also polite and supportive.

I've been waiting to go here for a long time and now I was finally here! I'm pretty happy to have the food here. It was really good and the atmosphere somehow reminded me of Naruto (although the vibe was nothing like the anime)

Yummy! Kakuni with eggs are great combo, recommended fried chicken as well. Could be too much for one person…. Went there at around 2:30pm on Wednesday and wait for 15 minutes to get a seat on the bar.

Heard great things about this place, and it came highly recommended by friends. The ramen was solid—comparable to spots like Taishoken. There was a wait, but the line moved quickly.
I really appreciated how customizable everything was, and overall, the ramen was delicious. That said, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to drive down and wait in line when there are similar options with less hassle. My friend had the spicy ramen and absolutely loved it—which I respect, since not many places do spicy ramen well. Also they had a great vegetarian ramen option.
We also got the karaage, which was great—crispy, with a nice sweet glaze, and much bigger pieces than we expected.

Be prepared for a wait outside, at least 30min-1hr. Food is super good. Highly recommend the karaage, which is pre-marinaded.
