Fine but $8 better feel like riding a unicorn over a waterfall and this was just fine
Very long line but good tasting ice cream
The best worst flavor
They have abominations like habanero with berries and strawberries with pepper and balsamic, for the bold.
The rest of less weird combinations are just delicious, vanilla bean with sea salt and caramel, lavender, chocolate brownie.
Generous portions and long line on weekends, try them on off-peak hours and you can have a couple of tastes
Awesome
Easy to pop in and grab a scoop or two. Excellent ice cream every time.
Woman with black hair and eye lash extensions was not trained properly. Very rude (seems annoyed by her job, no thank you, no you are welcome) and gives out the smallest scoops I have ever seen.
Very kind and funny staff, will come back
Amazing selection and variety of flavors 🍨
Cinnamon Snickerdoodle is great
Salt & Straw post dinner is always a nice treat!
The Palo Alto location can definitely get busy.
I always get the strawberry and coconut water sherbet now!
$6.75 for a single scoop.
Parking can be tough in the area.

A different taste of Matcha, try the ice cream. Amazing
We tried 8 flavors today. Normally I love blue cheese but it wasn’t meant to be in icecream. My favorite was the cinnamon.
2025-07-18 we went back again since my family and i are back in the Palo Alto area. i really like their ice cream and their service. they let my teenage boys try about 4-5 flavors each without a complaint (they guy was happy to give it to them)
Delicious, a little pricey, but high quality and good flavor selection. Good service too.
Must try in Palo Alto for ice xream
Good ice cream from simple standard flavors to exciting more tasteful ones. Their monthly options are good and I generally go for those once a month or so.
