We ordered online and expected to be there at a certain time and planned accordingly, but Google Maps screwed us big time and took us to a good will 30 mins away. We were late to pick up our order and the manager immediately stepped in without prompting and made us new food in 5 mins so we didn’t have to eat cold burgers. Above and beyond the call, thanks again!
I’m a hard working man, I just got off my shift over at Milpitas to head over to work at Palo Alto Joe and juice, I’m starving to death been super busy, I know it going to be super busy working at Joe and juice before I work there, I was day dreaming about chipotle here near shake shack, I saw the app in Chipotle they had a buy 20 or more get a free quesadilla, I’m like chi Ching I hit lottery I’m going to get 2 steak quesadilla all in price off 20 went...read full review
