Three times I've went for the same coffee. Mocha latte, add hazelnut and almond milk instead. Only one time was it an actual latte. Two other times it's just coffee with the syrup in it. Different flavor, different texture. Assuming it wasn't steamed...Been drinking this for years so I would definitely taste the difference. People are nice but I'm not gonna keep paying latte price for a basic coffee.
