I don’t know what’s going on with this place but it’s a total disaster. Dirty, understaffed and takes forever to get food ordered online. There is reliably a dozens orders backed up whenever I go and it takes more than 45 mins to receive an online order. This place needs serious help.

I generally love this place because the food is great, but they turn off doordash orders almost everyday at the lunch rush and then forget to turn it back on even when it's 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. and the store itself is empty. I thought this was a fluke at first but it's been going on for a year now.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. At 12:20 at this sweet green location.
We ordered two salads and both were completely wrong. The bases, toppings, and dressings were all mixed up, and random ingredients were added that we never asked for. We brought the uneaten salads back expecting a simple fix, but instead we were met with hostility.
The manager refused to remake the salads and started yelling at my sister until she cried. All over their own mistake. We spent almost $50 and left with nothing. No food, no refund, just stress and tears.
If this is how Sweetgreen trains their management to handle customers, especially when the store is clearly at fault, that’s pathetic. We will never be coming back.

The food is pretty tasty, fresh and probably mostly organic. I did have a bad experience with one of the snooty employees here one time but since then every time I've come in it's been on point. I think they did a major cultural shift not too long ago. I know the company is also very supportive of regenerative organic farmers so that goes a long way
