We love Tamarine. It has been our favorite restaurant in Palo Alto for many years. The food is consistently spectacular, and the service excellent. Last night the food was also spectacular, and the service very good. This was our first time dining with you tonight. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. The food is delicious, your wait staff friendly and polite however we were seated at 7:25pm and by 7:45pm had already been served our starters and main courses. We purposely did not order our main courses until after we had eaten the starters and yet we still ended up feeling rushed. It was disappointing.
I haven't been back to Tamarine for 1 yr. Am so happy to have come in with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the shrimp wrap, poke with fried croutons, chillian seabass and brussel sprouts. We washed it down with half a bottle of Sauv Blanc. Wish we purchased a bottle as we had to order 2 half bottles!
