Very disappointed in this place. I accidentally placed an order online to the wrong location which, by the time I arrived at this store, had closed so I could not call them. When I explained my situation to the staff there they were so unhelpful. The manager said I should call customer service but did not give me a number (there is no number on their website or google only an email). It was incredibly difficult to track down an employee in the first place to try to help me and they were not friendly. I wasted $27 on drinks here and didn’t even get them. I was so so excited to try this place but after this experience I will not come back.

Cute place, good drinks , they have access and sitting places . So can get in with beg and small group of people. There is a washroom, just ask for a key. Also if you order with your phone number you can receive a promotion for the next order for a free complimentary drink:) and cute bunny stuff sold inside:)

Great location , this is my favorite Boba place! The cozy vibe makes it a great place to unwind with a tasty drink. They have an awesome variety of flavors, and their fruit tea is always on point. All the staff , Yoki, in particular, is so friendly, patient, and welcoming. If you’re looking for amazing bubble tea, this is the place to go!

came in the store blinded by the pink, but the details don’t matter. take 10 minutes to acknowledge me and when i tried asking them a question they rudely said they were busy takes another 10 for me to actually order my drink. they ran out of boba, the main incident in a boba place. had to get a replacement, wasn’t that bad. After finally getting my drink, i burst the cup open and it immediately started leaking everywhere. The boba replacement is tasteless, only thing good was the tea, but how can you mess up tea. Would not come again

Customer service at this place is the worse. Staff isn’t friendly and continues to mess up peoples order or the order is ready but they don’t know for who when the customer asks for it. I placed an order and both the female staff told me to wait and gave my order to someone else who came in after me. Unfriendly staff, not apologetic, and just keeps speaking in Chinese
Got too good to go from here and we were made to wait for 30 minutes after pickup time started. They won’t give you your order until literally every other order is fulfilled. Ok?? We paid too?? What’s with the attitude. Rolling their eyes at us and telling us to stand in the corner until after they close and start cleaning up. This location is by far the worst in South Bay.

Absolutely love their style! Pink girly heart! The waiters are very nice and will patiently recommend their special products! The ingredients are very fresh, there is fresh fruit pulp, and there are seats to enjoy the food. Overall, I am very satisfied! ! ! Recommended!
