Super inflated prices, and the food options were pretty meh. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it came with 5 shrimp for $36. They were cooked perfectly and tasted good, but for an entree there was nothing else to complement the meal besides bread. It was more like an appetizer than an entree. The staff were very attentive and friendly. My drinks, although pricy at $20 each (a mere $2 mark up from the $18 mocktails), were delicious.
The beet salad I ordered for lunch was delicious, but small, and it was expensive. The restaurant does not provide bread. My friend ordered the same salad with a side of French fries. Had it not been for the fries, the meal would not have been satisfying.
This was my fourth trip back to wild onion, and the quality of the experience is consistently terrific. Staff could not be nicer and more accommodating, food is yummy and interesting with choices that make even brunch more exciting. The Bloody Mary was divine. I've gone there for lunch meetings, because the noise level is low enough that you can hear each other comfortably, and while it's an open layout, I never feel a lack of privacy.
