They should call this place Zero service. That's what you get when you are a customer. It was my companion and my first time. We ask the staff person what to order and she says, "Look at the menu." No wonder they have an iPad to order your drinks. AFTER LOOKING AT THE MENU... we opted for the top 2 drinks- Coconut Zero and Coco Mango. We chose 0 calories for an extra $.50 and added boba $.50. I came here at a pre-dinner time (~5pm) on a Saturday and there was a pretty big line. There's a single iPad on the right inside where you create your order from instead of ordering at the counter. I was surprised to only see one as the location at Great Mall in Milpitas has two for an even smaller store.
