From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was going to be special. The cozy ambiance set the mood, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles.

I ordered the Asado siopao and beef wonton, and wow both were bursting with flavor. The siopao was fluffy with a delicious filling, and the beef wontons were rich, tender, and comforting. I was so excited to try them, I didn’t even stop to take a photo!

I stopped by this ChowKing to try their food since I was in the plaza this store is at. I got the pancit Canton and also the spicy popcorn chicken. It didn't take long for my order to be ready and I took it home. The inside of this restaurant is a decent size and the staff are wonderful. The pancit noodle tasted more soggy to me but it was okay. The popcorn chicken was not crunchy but more soft if that's how most like it.

Chowking continues to be one of my go-to spots when I’m craving quick and satisfying Filipino-Chinese food. The menu has a good variety, and everything I’ve tried—from their siomai and halo-halo to the classic Chao Fan—has been consistently tasty and filling. What I appreciate most is how convenient it is without compromising on flavor. The service is usually fast, and the staff are friendly and accommodating, even during busy hours.
