Surprised I haven't reviewed this place after coming here for YEARS since I was a kid! I grew up in the area, my grandma was down the street and she took care of me so we would always be at this shopping center. It's almost always busy when we come here but my go to is the Palabok, mamon, mocha cake, and mango cake. They use real mango slices in their cake and it's not overly sweet. Red Ribbon's prices may be more on the higher spectrum than most bakeshops, but the ube based items — the Ube Flan Cake especially — are really nice and yummy and well worth it.Parking: Parking lot tends to get congested during peak hours, but additional free space can usually be found behind the strip.

I looooove red ribbon so much and come here waaaay too often. I'm a little upset at my friend for introducing it to me because, it's a little further of a drive than I'd like to take on a regular but, whenever I crave Jollibee, Red ribbon is the next stop. Always, always get the cheese ensaimada, it's so goood! I've never had home cooked ensaimada's so, I don't know how authentic it is but, it's so good here. I always get two.
