DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS COMES FROM SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE INDUSTRY.
I was at Walmart and thought to grab a bite to eat.
So I stopped here & what a disappointment with service from the Asian woman at the counter.
She asked what Meats I would like I said pork and beef but more beef than pork even pointed at what meat I was talking about.
She said yes okay let me put the veggies
And I will add the beef on top so okay fine.when she could of just took out some pork and added the beef instead. Then they put it to cook so I remind her and she like no. & i asked multiple times before even having it cooked. Will not be returning thought i would give it another try but nope because last time I was upset as well because I wasn't asked what veggies she just put everything and she said oh well. SAME LADY ALWAYS BAD EXPERIENCE.

The food is pretty good, but they’ve cheated me on my drink every time that I’ve gone there. They charge me for the most expensive drink even though I don’t buy the most expensive drink. Watch out for that. At first I didn’t realize it, but then I thought about how fast the woman rang up my order when I looked down at the register and how she didn’t want to give me a receipt. Then I checked the prices, but I didn’t say anything. They probably cheat me out of about a little less than a dollar each time, which is just pathetic really. Plus, for the amount of food I get and the price of everything it really isn’t a big deal to me financially. It just makes me sick the stupidity of cheating someone like that. The guy cooking the food had this little evil smile on his face and the woman behind the register just looked nervous. Sad really. Next time I’m saying something. Be safe.

The food is really good just,
When I ordered a taro boba but I told the women I didn’t want boba. When I was done getting my food I went to sit down and when I was about to put a straw I saw boba I went back and told them I didn’t want boba one of the employees told the Asian employee 3 times no boba but she was distracted over listening in on a conversation.

I was given the wrong plate. When I got home I realized that I didn’t order tofu food in it and a bunch of other veggies. I called the place the lady that answer told me she couldn’t help me and she LITERALLY said bye and clicked the phone on me. I got so mad I drove back to the place and asked for a refund, didn’t want food from there anymore. I was upset. That lady had bad bad customer service.

The staff acts like they own the restaurant, small portions compared to before. $16 a plate ridiculous

I ate here for the first time with my daughter, and it was ok. The employees seemed ok. They were a bit pushy about ordering for someone not knowing I want for the first time. The lady who added the toppings didn't let me choose what I like and dislike. It's pretty cool to watch how they cook it, and it's taken about 10 mins, maybe. I wouldn't mind eating here again. The mongolian plate can feed up to 2 people, so it's worth its price if it's for 2. It's got good flavor, but at some bite, it tasted a bit over the power of flavor. I will have to come back to try it again

I liked the no frills menu, Mongolian BBQ or Vegetarian dish. The chicken and beef combination was cooked well. Unlike other places you cannot fill the bowl yourself, but I still ended up with a lot of food. The staff made recommendations for what sauces to use and listed all of the sauces. It is located in a mall so general mall dining. They also have Boba!
Vegetarian options: There were 12 vegetables to choose from. They had jalapeños which always makes me happen. It’s important to note that the meat and vegetarian dishes are cooked on the same surface.

It's not self serve like most places but the lady that did it for me packed down the meat and stacked the veggies high and the guy working the grill added just the right about of spice and garlic .I also like how they line the container with tin foil

I went there once. Taste and portion were okay. When I ate the noodle, there were sand and small rocks in the food. I guessed the employees there didn’t clean the vegetable seriously. The sand and rocks hurt my teeth when I ate the noodle.

No idea why people are saying it's bad or "has no flavor" the portions, price and FLAVOR are just fine for what it costs. it's a mall food court. Not a michelin star restaurant.. I recommend, greasy? maybe. bland? not the slightest

Service and food was amazing, everyone was so nice while still being quick. Got two bowls for about $20 and I lost my wallet and they went out of their way to hold it for me. Definitely coming back 10/10
