I ate here yesterday and I was so excited to taste the Tuna collar again after many years. Sadly, the taste is way different now. It has no flavor at all esp the sauce. It tastes like water and same with their pickled papaya it's watered down and just few pcs of papaya and not to mention even the java rice isn't good anymore like when they were still in Carson. So so so disappointed. Not coming back

I visited Tony’s Barbecue to check them out.

They are located at the corner of the strip mall, very easy to overlook unless you are looking for it. The inside wall has their menu selection along with their prices.

They greeted me with a warm welcome, which made me feel at ease., they have 4 tables which will seat 14 diners. The service was friendly and professional.

I ordered their Chicken Inasal meal special and was told that it would be freshly made so it would take approx 15 minutes to prepare. It was ready in about that time,

The meal includes a small bowl of egg flour soup, a small cup Scoop of Java rice, 2 pcs of chicken leg/thigh. The Chicken was tender and delish, The Java rice was tasty, the soup was egg flour(?) soup.

The vibe of the place was a very Filipino cantina. I would recommend this place.

Picture looks good but taste was awful. Took a bite in a pork but seems old or was cooked the other day. They have a kitchen you don’t smell a smkoe(grilled) or you see someone is cooking. Nothing is fresh in this place. Even fish was tasteless.

I ordered Chilean sea bass meal to go today and it was so disappointing. Looks like someone already ate on it. Don’t feel like eating it. I should stick to their pork bbq skewers. Chilean sea bass is not recommended.

This place is located between the busy streets of Roscoe and Woodman. Parking spaces are limited. Indoor dining only with limited tables available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I tried their chicken inasal and it was good. It's hard to compete with the taste I'm used to with Mang Inasal.

WELL I DECIDED TO GO TO GET ME SOMETHING TO EAT AT ROSCOE AND WOODMAN IN PANORAMA CITY AND WHEN I WAS WALKING TO GET SOME FOOD FROM YOSHINOYA I ENCOUNTERED THIS LITTLE PLACE AND WENT INSIDE AND ORDER SOME BBQ PORK FOR THE FIRST TIME OVER THERE
FOOD IS REALLY GOOD, GOOD TASTE I WILL RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE BUT ONLY ON THE EGG DROP SOUP I RECOMMEND THEM TO GIVE IT A LITTLE SALT TWIST FOR MORE FLAVOR
5 START ANYWAY

Can’t emphasize enough how satisfied I am with my experience here. Was my first time ordering here today and everything was exceptional. I can’t believe that we just found this little hole in the wall. Brought us back home to the time that we always eat at Aristocrat.

We ordered the salmon collar meal, chicken thigh meal and bibingkinitan. Everything was around $37-38. There is a bit of a wait time because they grill and cook everything from scratch. There are chairs and tables in the restaurant anyway, for waiting or if you wanna dine in.

The salmon collar was perfectly cooked. It is fatty and not at all dry. It is paired with java rice and atchara plus the sauce was perfect too, soy sauce, lemon and green chili.

The chicken reminded me exactly of Aristocrat, like literally identical experience. Amazing!

And the bibingkinitan was also a revelation, despite not having niyog (coconut shred) on the side, it stands out on its own with the salted egg and cream cheese on top.

Coming here was so worth it and I’ll definitely come back soon.
