Not a good experience at Starbucks today. The server took my order and name, so far so good. With coffee and sandwich ordered the coffee came but no sandwich. The sandwich had not even been placed in the oven. Then, as the server removed the sandwich from the oven it fell on the floor. Ok, it happens and that wasn't the problem. The problem was the server just walked away and didn't bother to replace the sandwich, just ignored it and me as I watched all this transpire. Another server finished the order. A longer wait than needed and easily rectified with a quick apology and get my order out. I won't be back to a Starbucks for a long time.

THE BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been too. All of the employees are kind and attentive. Riley, has remembered my name and drink order for years and I always enjoy having a chat with her or one of the other afternoon workers! So excited they now are offering door dash.

Usually really love this place but the last few times I’ve gone in before work for a wake me up bev it’s been messed up everytime..? this morning I came in at 730 ordered 2 drinks one for me and one for my co worker and both of them took a very long time to make and both were wrong again…the ticket on the drinks says everything correct but the drink is wrong… and didn’t have enough time to get them corrected so it’s very sad for me the last 3 times I spend 20+ dollars and it’s never correct. ?
Clean building and friendly people! I wished my lavender matcha actually has lavender cold foam like the picture, it was white. But it was still good!

I always order ahead on the app and use the drive-thru. The drinks and food are always ready when I get there so I can grab and go. The staff is always friendly.
Dietary restrictions: I swap the milk with oat milk. It's tasty...perhaps even better tasting than regular milk.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love the pink drink and organic chocolate milk. Oh, and cake pop's.

Every time I come into this store, not only is everyone so pleasant — they are incredibly helpful and patient, when I have questions; as well as offer the proper and best ways for me to order my drinks, at the best price.Like, how I was ordering a black shaken espresso — which, would still charge me for the syrup I did not want, when I, simply, wanted an iced black espresso, shaken; or learning to not order “cold-foam, made with heavy cream,” because they charge — though, ordering adding heavy cream, to my coffee, and have it foamed (and then I add sugar-free syrup to the heavy cream, if I’m feelin’ fancy, which, of course, is a charge).When I’ve had issues with the way my drink was made, in the past — it was no issue, to get it fixed.And it seems they’ve got a pretty tight ship, now.Although I have always been a small-business “local coffee shop” kinda gal, especially, being owning my own coffee shop has always been a goal — I have found Starbucks is one of the only coffees I don’t have major reactions to (headaches, raw lips, skin irritation, etc), with certain health issues I had developed.Even though this is a major chain — this Starbucks and its staff, definitely, give off that “local coffee shop” feel, which, I appreciate, very much.
Dietary restrictions: If you like cold-foam or whipped cream, though, don’t want the extra sugar — have ‘em use heavy cream, add however many pumps of sugar-free vanilla, and then have ‘em foam it the way they make cold-foam. I love the juxtapositions of flavors, between the decadent, sweet cream, and the black espresso or cold brew.
